Using the tools
FitVideo is operated by A. Gopi, trading as FitVideo, 12A Kinnegar Avenue, Holywood, BT18 9JR, United Kingdom (“we”). It provides free tools that run in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Your files and your rights
Only process files you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for how you use the files you create, including following copyright law and the rules of any platform you share them on. Because files are processed on your device, we never receive, store or review them.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. We work to make them reliable but can’t promise they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your original files: always check the output before deleting anything.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits or other indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party names
Discord, WhatsApp, Gmail and other names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
