The short version
FitVideo itself sets no tracking cookies. Your videos and photos are processed on your device and never uploaded. The site shows ads from Google, which use cookies; in the UK, EEA and Switzerland we ask for your consent before any advertising cookies are used. You can change your choices at any time with “Privacy and cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
What cookies and similar storage are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also store information in your browser in other ways, such as “local storage”. UK law (PECR and UK GDPR) treats these the same way: anything that isn’t strictly necessary, or that you haven’t asked for, needs your consent first.

Your choices
- Advertising: use “Privacy and cookie settings” in the footer to accept, refuse or change your choice. You can also turn off personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. The tools still work without them; only your day or night choice won’t be remembered.
- Refusing advertising cookies doesn’t stop you using any tool. You may still see non-personalised ads.
